Senator Joseph Biden, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, met with ISI chief Mahmoud Ahmed on September 13th 2001. In 2007 Prison Planet ran a story saying that Biden said he "told them not to wire the money", something that has been interpreted as supporting evidence for the claim that Ahmed ordered $100,000 wired to Atta:

But why would Biden have told Ahmed "not to wire the money" on September 13 2001, after it had been sent? That makes no sense at all.

A more serious problem is that Biden never said anything of the kind, as even a We Are Change supporter pointed out:
