This 9/11 Commission document evaluates timelines provided by NORAD and the FAA, points out inaccuracies, and refers the matter to the Office of the Inspector General for further investigation. It's absolutely the best place to read the Commission's explanation for, say, why NORAD said the FAA told them about Flight 77's hijacking at 9:24.

Originally located, copied and uploaded by History Commons, who also claim they support the idea that Zelikow buried a criminal referral for perjury, and lied about the issue to author Philip Shenon (see here, here and here.
